MY SONS HORSE
Trooper was born on the coldest day in Erie Pennsylvania and my then 12 year old son helped with the
birth and also helped in Imprinting him. The funny part was Trooper really imprinted on Travis and
followed him around the stall at 3 am in the morning instead of his Mum....lol... It was too funny. So we
spent the next half an hour or so encouraging him onto his mothers teat to get that vital colostrum.
Travis had to hold him steady so he could drink. And since that day they have been inseperable. The day
came when we moved from Pennsylvania to Florida and we had many people looking at buying our place,
well this one day the buyers weren't interested in the property they wanted little Troops. They offered me
$7500 for him and we could of used the money but Travis refused to part with him.
He is one special gelding and we are very excited about his future. Trooper will be broken to ride and
Travis wants to try all disciplines with him, BUT , when Travis lets me i will be training him to drive as he is
a pretty mover and an even prettier looking horse.
Trooper is the 1st foal out of my Australian Pony Mare Painted Treasure ( Miss X ) and going by Troopers
conformation and disposition we cant wait to see what she will produce when crossed with our Stallion.

My beautiful daughter Sammie riding Trooper for the 1st time. This little horse never
ceases to amaze and impress me. He has less than 30 rides and is still green broke but he
is as quiet as they come. He is so quiet we use him for the beginner FAA students to learn
to ride on.
This super little guy sure lives up to his Name sake.
