SHIPPED SEMEN CONTRACT
This contract for SHIPPED SEMEN, is made and entered into on this date by and between
___________________________________ hereinafter designated Purchaser, and Jackie Nelson (Down
Under Colour) Stallion, Sonnys Mister Trubar APHA Registration No. 719,201 – Pinto Registration No. 117851
to Purchaser for artificial insemination of the Mare.
Mare registration No. ________________________________ subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. This Shipped Semen Contract is in accordance with the Stallion Breeding Contract and both must be
signed and returned when breeding to Sonnys Mister Trubar.
2. Purchaser will be charged for Collection Fees with this contract. The Collection fee pays for the actual
Semen Collection and Lab costs.
3. Collection fees are $250.00 each, nonrefundable and due prior to Semen Shipment’s. If Mare does not
produce a live Foal, or if Mare does not settle, Purchaser must provide a Veterinarians Statement confirming
such. Down Under Colour will then reship Semen during the current breeding season 2/1/09 through 6/5/09, or
the following years Breeding Season.
4. A Container Deposit of $250.00 is due prior to shipments. Semen shipping containers are an integral
part of Stallion Owners business, therefore, a timely return of the containers is mandatory. Purchaser agrees
to return the container to Down Under Colour within 10 days of its departure from Down Under Colour's
possession. A rental fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the Container Deposit for EACH day it is late. Rental
Fees are not refundable. Replacement cost of any mission container parts will also be deducted. No additional
shipments will be made unless Container Deposit is kept at its original balance. Upon receipt of last Container,
any deposit balance will be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipment costs. If disposable
containers are used, $25.00 will be deducted from the Container Deposit for each shipment. Shipping fees
will be deducted from the Container Deposit.
5. Also available will be Disposable Equitainers at $49.50 which must be paid for in full before Semen is to
be shipped.
6. The Purchaser is responsible for notifying Down Under Colour
Cell: 321-243-8870 or Home 321-725-6970 in a timely manner when Semen will be required.
7. All fees associated with Semen Collection and Transport will be paid directly to
Down Under Colour- Jackie Nelson 1651 B J Lane Melbourne Florida 32904.

8. A 24 hour notice must be given to Down Under Colour to collect semen.
